Online Card Management

Card Management puts you in complete control of your WeStreet credit, debit, or ATM card(s) with access 24/7 to temporarily deactivate a misplaced or stolen card and order a replacement; or cancel an unwanted card completely—through WeStreet online and mobile banking.

Desktop Access
• Log in to Online Banking
• Hover over the Additional Services tab
• Click Card Management

Mobile Access
• Log in to Mobile Banking
• Tap the More button
• Tap Card Management in the list

If you suspect fraud on your WeStreet card, please deactivate your card and contact WeStreet directly to receive an affidavit packet and step-by-step instructions on how to repair the situation.

A secure, encrypted email link is available on the top navigation menu in online banking or the More button under contact us in the mobile banking app.

Fill out and submit this form to send an email to our member CARE center.
