Changes To Branch Lobbies

At Tulsa Federal Credit Union, the health and well-being of our employees, members, and the communities we serve are of the utmost importance. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, we have continued to monitor the data available and adapt when needed. As COVID-19 continues to evolve with the number of cases increasing daily, we have made the difficult decision to modify our branch operations to ensure that our members are able to conduct their banking needs while limiting person-to-person contact.

Beginning Monday, November 30, our branch lobbies will be by appointment only.

If you need to access your safe deposit box or conduct any other essential banking services that cannot be delivered through the drive-thru, by telephone, through our ATM network or via mobile* or online banking, please click here to schedule an appointment at a branch.

Drive-Thrus, Drive-Thru ITMs, and ATMs

We have expanded our drive-thru capabilities to include most of the branch services you would be able to conduct in our branch lobbies. Our staff should be able to accommodate your needs through the drive-thru with the same great service you’ve come to expect.

Our Interactive Teller Machines (or ITMs) add an extra level of service by connecting you to a live person through video chat technology. Owasso, Midtown, and South Memorial Branches are equipped with drive-thru Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) function as a drive-thru teller or ATM. When you approach the ITM, you’ll be given the option to choose a live video or simply insert your card for standard ATM services. ITMs can also dispense cash in exact amounts instead of the standard $20 denominations.

  • Transfer Funds
    Easily shift funds between accounts or request transfers to/from accounts with other banks and credit unions.
  • Check Balances
    Take a peek at your balance on deposit accounts or review your remaining loan balance for auto and personal loans.
  • Deposit Checks
    Follow the onscreen prompts and feed your check in to deposit it safely in Tulsa FCU ATMs.
  • Withdraw Cash
    Cash in multiples of $20. Classic ATM stuff.
  • Make Credit Card Payments
    If you have a Tulsa FCU credit card associated with your account, you can make a payment using any Tulsa FCU ATM.
When you approach an ITM, you will see this screen with options to connect with a live teller or insert your card to use it like a standard ATM.

Banking at ATMs can reduce your in-person contact as well, and Tulsa FCU ATMs do more than dispense cash. Members can request transfers, deposit checks, make loan payments, and more.

Current Loans in Progress

If you are in the process of closing a loan with Tulsa FCU and need to sign documents in person, special accommodations can be made to allow you to sign with minimal person-to-person contact.

Contactless Banking Options

We continue to encourage members to use contactless banking options like Tulsa FCU Online & Mobile Banking, ATMs, or the Drive-Thru rather than visiting a branch in person.

Our Member CARE Call Center can serve a variety of banking needs over the phone. However, due to an influx of calls, wait times may be longer than usual as we help the needs of our members. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

With all of these ways to bank, members can stay connected and bank from almost anywhere without needing to go to a branch.

As always, deposits at Tulsa FCU are federally insured by NCUA, the National Credit Union Administration. We will continue to follow CDC guidelines on social distancing and hygiene practices at all of our branch locations. Our executive team will continue to closely monitor the current situation to determine the right time to resume normal lobby hours. Thank you for your continued understanding and support.

*Mobile check deposits are accepted until 4:00 P.M. CST for same-day processing Monday­Friday excluding holidays. Deposits received after the cut-off time will be treated as having been received on the next business day. Mobile checks are subject to our Deposit Availability Policy and are deemed accepted when shown in your Online Banking history.
