Recruitment Process


Tulsa FCU measures the candidate’s fit with our company culture, team fit and the role in which the individual will serve.


We expect each candidate who goes through the recruiting process to take a close look us. It is important the candidate evaluates Tulsa FCU and ensure we are a good fit for their life and career.


During the thorough interview process, incoming applications are reviewed against our current needs and candidates with relevant backgrounds will receive an email and/or a phone call.


Selected candidates will move on to the required background screening process which includes, but is not limited to, the verification of education and employment, reference checks, credit and felony checks, and a drug test.


After you have accepted the job offer, we will work with you on a start date. All new employees will go through a new hire orientation and assigned helpful training.
