Tulsa Federal Credit Union updated two aspects of the home banking website.
To help strengthen online security and protect against fraud, we upgraded our user password policy, by requiring members to use longer passwords with mixed characters. Strengthening the password policy has no immediate member impact, nor system down time. When you login to home banking, you will need to create a new password to comply with the stronger password regulations. The new requirements will be available on the log in page of home banking.
Secondly, you will be need to accept a new Bill Pay disclosure; again there is no immediate member impact. When you click on Bill Pay, you will see a pop up box containing the disclosure, please read it and accept the new terms. You will not lose any of your bill pay history or payees.
